Desktop Charger
A piece inspired by an award-winning product from BlueLounge, using leftover maple and mahogany. Someday, I'll have to make a bigger one, possibly with more exotic wood. This is my first piece to incorporate electronics, and hopefully, not the last.
The whole charging unit is powered by a very small USB hub hidden inside. Luckily, most gadgets can be charged through a USB hub, with the notable and inexplicable exception of the iPhone, which required a special and very hard-to-find cable to work.
